I feel so lucky to have found this hidden gem of a boutique in the Loveland Yards. The owner, Elaine, is an instant friend and the store is filled with such amazing local food, cards and gifts that you will never want to leave empty handed. She has put such beautiful thought into what products are on her shelves, and it’s nothing you will find on Amazon, and for that, I am so grateful! I walked out with a gift for my neighbor, postcards to send to my friends, and delicious preserves for my own kitchen. I will be back soon! Everyone needs to make their way to The Localist, it will elevate your gift -giving game, I promise.

Very cute gift shop with all local products. We were on our way out of Colorado and looking for a couple more souvenir gifts and so glad we found this shop. The owner was very nice and helpful! Highly recommend.

Stopped in today after grabbing some cinnamon rolls next door—loved the selection of crafted, unique goods, ceramics, journals, jewelry, and attire. The store was beautifully arranged and the service was amazing. We bought several shirts as well as a hand crafted mug and some local tea. Will be back!

I absolutely love this unique gift shop! The Localist has so many wonderful items to choose from! Keep your gift buying for the holidays LOCAL..local businesses, local artists, and local economy! Check this place out! There's so much to choose from...books, cards, candles, art, classes...

The Localist at Loveland Yards is such a charming little mom-and-pop shop! They feature all local Colorado makers and artists, making it the perfect place to create a gift box, purchase birthday presents, and to bring out-of-town guests so they can purchase a little piece of Coloradoto take home with them. It’s a fun shop to stroll through, with so many unique items to look at and plenty that will make you smile or laugh. A true local gem!

This shop is amazing and Elaine is such a wonderful friendly inspiring person. She went above and beyond to help me with an important holiday order for my team. The gift boxes were thoughtfully curated and well prepared. She went the extra mile to see that my budget was met and the boxes exceeded my expectations. Elaine even stayed late to make sure I could get them the day before our holiday event. You must check out this shop if you’re in Northern Colorado!

Love this new place. Filled with local products, shirts, hats, artwork, stickers, spices, mixes and more. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful. I would have left with more but I rode down there so only left with a hat but I will be back to explore more. Definitely check it out, it's right next the cinnamon roll bakery.
